- The left one is a bit different to the right
All
the stiffeners required deburring, then needed to be dimpled along
with the skin.
Next
came the Trim cable access hole stiffener. It was required
to match drilled and then dimpled. It was straightforward
enough to do that where the plate attaches to the skin.

Then it was time to use my #8 dimple dies for the
dimpling the centre hole of where the plate nuts fit on. I
was a bit worried as they are so close to the edge, but checking
with other builder sites its all spot on.
Dimpling where the plate nuts attach using rivets is the next job
but I am going to do some research first as I don't like the look
of how close everything is together and dimpling the plate will
mean dimpling or countersinking the platenut itself. I don't
like the sound of that.
